The intention of Your Voice is to promote a healthy democracy in which individuals are encouraged to express themselves, to be educated on the important issues affecting our country, and to participate in the process of self government. Our congress was designed to effectively represent the people of this country and to play its role in the system of checks and balances together with the judicial and executive branches of government. If you would like to facilitate change in the world, writing a letter can be a good way to start.
